Pskem River is our all-time favorite!! We acquired this beautiful purple striped garlic from Seed Saver in 2008! We started with only a couple of pounds back then, continually replanted the entire crop, and now it’s our biggest seller and largest variety. We are happy to hold this garlic and spread it out to your gardens!
Flavor profile: Kick-ass heat that will absolutely set you back and drop you to your knees when eaten raw. Of course, cooking and roasting will dial the heat back.
